Overview

HyerTek is seeking an Instructional Designer to enhance content utilizing existing technology vendor materials and apply instructional design principles to improve learning outcomes for custom curricula for our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Instructional design certification (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Expert knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with instructional design models.
• Advanced proficiency with e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience with multimedia development.
• Knowledge of LMS administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Ability to enhance materials with interactive elements.
• Experience with content adaptation for diverse audiences.
