Chime is building a world-class member service organization, focusing on creating frictionless products, self-service capabilities, and excellent support for members. The Instructional Designer will play a key role in designing and facilitating learning solutions across various business functions.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs.
• Act as a learning consultant to subject matter experts.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Lead the end-to-end design and development of content.
• Evaluate the impact of learning solutions.
• Maintain training standards and hold accountable to SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of instructional design experience or 5+ years in learning & development.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies.
• Experience designing evaluation strategies for learning programs.
• Proficient with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360.
