Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Hims Learning and Development team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to support our blended learning initiatives for fulfillment centers and compounding labs. This role will be instrumental in developing effective training content that improves operational performance and drives business results.

• Design and develop instructional content for various delivery methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools.
• Working knowledge of multimedia software.
• Experience applying adult learning theories.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Portfolio of instructional design work.
