As an Instructional Designer at AuditBoard, you will create engaging learning experiences that empower customers and enhance their success.

• Design high-quality self-paced content for adult learners.
• Create learning objectives and course curriculum with SMEs.
• Produce scripts, video tutorials, and certifications.
• Maintain and improve course materials.
• Create supplementary learning materials and assessments.
• Evaluate educational effectiveness of courses.
• Collaborate across the organization to fill education gaps.
• Administer course lifecycle tracking.
• Review customer education program metrics.
• Assist in LMS administration.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Experience in creating self-service training content.
• Knowledge of Learning Management System administration.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate).
• Video creation and editing skills.
• Graphic Design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Understanding of adult learning best practices.
• Strong project management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to create content from scratch.
