In Short

• Design and develop learner-centered experiences, including compliance training and functional onboarding programs.
• Translate complex content into clear, compelling learning and knowledge assets.
• Apply instructional design best practices to create scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to co-create learning solutions.
• Leverage various formats and modalities to meet learner needs.
• Support localization of content for international teams.
• Lead user research, needs assessments, and learning technology evaluations.
• Design for the full employee journey with differentiated paths.
• Measure learning effectiveness and impact through evaluation strategies.
• Contribute to evolving instructional design systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles.
• Experience designing digital and blended learning solutions using tools like Articulate 360.
• Ability to simplify complex content into engaging learning experiences.
• Skilled in working with SMEs and cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator and creative problem solver.
• Experience in supporting M&A and international learning needs is a plus.
