In Short

• Full-time position for an Instructional Designer.
• Work remotely and report to the Director of Instructional Design.
• Collaborate with faculty to analyze instructional outcomes.
• Develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences for online students.
• Create master courses in the Canvas LMS.
• Analyze trends in learning technologies and instructional design.
• Assist faculty in developing measurable learning objectives.
• Write effective copy and instructional text.
• Manage course development and design projects.
• Resolve Canvas LMS issues to enhance student experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Background in accessibility, usability, and experience design.
• Knowledge of instructional design models and best practices.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Understanding of the Canvas LMS and basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience with vendor software integration.
• Portfolios of completed work preferred.
