Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will serve as an integral part of the AdaptHealth Learning and Development (L&D) Team and will support adult learners across the business by translating and transforming process information into instructional content delivered at time of need.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning goals.

• Create learning tools and online tutorials.

• Conduct field research and gap analysis.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of current products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred.
• 3+ years experience in innovative learning design.
• 3+ years experience with learning management systems.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Two years of experience in the HME or respiratory industry preferred.
