Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will act as a learning partner/consultant and will be a key member of one of the most skilled design teams in the tech industry. Your role will be to maintain and create educational design standards for an array of company products and training purposes. This is a temporary full time role for 6 months with opportunity for extension.

• Partner with content and skills experts.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing.
• 1-2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing original learning products.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience creating complex eLearning courses with Evolve or Articulate 360.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, Rapid Release, and storyboarding.
• Prior experience in presentation design, copywriting, and editing.
• Skilled in project management programs (Smartsheet, Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex technical language.
