Overview

The Production Resource Coordinator supports the smooth and efficient running of the Resource Operations organization within Managed Services, combining core production scheduling responsibilities with specialized onboarding coordination for key clients.

• Coordinate scheduling and deployment of production personnel.
• Act as the primary contact for client scheduling requests.
• Manage engagement calendars and booking data.
• Support cost tracking and production administration.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows for talent.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
• Work closely with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain high standards of communication and organization.
• Support the establishment of scheduling and resourcing tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in production operations or related role.
• Familiarity with multimedia production environments.
• Experience with onboarding workflows and client management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
