Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our high-performing Accelerator team, focusing on the management of global data, automation of key processes, and creation of tools to support regional teams.

• Oversee program data collection and integrity.

Requirements

• Experience with task automation scripting (Google Apps Script, SQL).
• Data analytics and dashboarding software experience (Looker Studio).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets).
• 2-3 years in the startup space.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Program and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Skilled at implementing new processes.
