Senior Accelerator Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Terraformation is on a mission to restore native forests to capture carbon, revive ecosystems, and support communities worldwide. We seek an exceptional Accelerator Operations Manager who can build strong partnerships across teams to help inform and execute critical improvements to our Accelerator while efficiently leading internal stakeholders through existing processes.

In Short

• Guide internal stakeholders through Accelerator processes.
• Define & maintain documentation of Accelerator requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with operations leadership to align cross-functional teams.
• Enhance internal tools for resource planning and allocation.
• Support technical experts in clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Support project and portfolio reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional changes that align with company goals.
• Monitor effectiveness of changes and adjust as needed.
• 8+ years of experience in operations or program management required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working internationally across time zones and cultures.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills.
• Expertise in analyzing operational bottlenecks.
• Track record of translating strategic objectives into plans.
• Ability to guide stakeholders through organizational changes.
• Experience with carbon markets or forestry preferred.
