Overview

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing all logistics related to brand photoshoots at Poppy & Peonies, ensuring that each shoot is executed seamlessly and aligns with the company's creative vision.

• Lead logistics for photoshoots including scheduling and transportation.
• Sourcing and securing vendors such as studios and photographers.
• Manage styling samples and coordinate returns.
• Create pre-production materials like mood boards and shot lists.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on shoot objectives.
• Act as point of contact on set for smooth execution.
• Maintain production calendar and track deadlines.
• Oversee post-shoot organization and file delivery.
• Contribute to creative ideation and recommend new approaches.
• Support social media content capture when needed.

• Experience in shoot production or creative operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
