Senior UX/UI Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As part of the Arsipa Group, Bloom is growing rapidly and brings a breath of fresh air to a market that urgently needs new ideas. We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to take full ownership of our design function.

In Short

• Develop low-fidelity UX-wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create and refine user-friendly high-fidelity visual UI designs in Figma.
• Conduct product discovery and qualitative research in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create prototypes for user testing and Sales demos.
• Establish design guidelines and best practices.
• Present designs to peers and executive stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts with visual content.
• Provide guidance to external design resources.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with design trends.

Requirements

• Formal education in interaction, interface, or information design is a plus.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing and UX principles.
• Extensive experience in creating desktop and mobile user experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Proficient in conducting qualitative research.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• High emotional intelligence and effective prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 level); German proficiency is beneficial.
