Senior UX/UI Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The UX team at Rightway creates user-friendly digital experiences that enhance patient care and their pharmacy needs for patients on a healthcare journey. We are a small, full-stack design and research shop supporting the entire company. As we grow, we're seeking a world-class Senior UX /UI Product Designer to craft seamless user experiences and beautiful and intuitive interfaces for our platforms.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end product design for consumer-facing and internal products.
• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation.
• Design accessible and engaging interfaces that exceed user expectations.
• Drive the development and maintenance of a scalable, consistent design system.
• Explore new design paradigms, AI tools, and interaction models.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Lead collaborative workshops to foster creativity and team alignment.
• Create systems and guidelines that empower non-designers to contribute.
• Leverage AI to accelerate user research synthesis and prototyping.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile products.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and visual excellence.
• Deep experience owning and evolving design systems.
• Mastery of Figma and modern AI-enhanced design tools.
• Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Excellent skills in motion design and micro-interactions.
• Strong presenter and facilitator with clear communication skills.
• A self-starter with high initiative and comfort operating in ambiguity.
