Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Design team, responsible for delivering the latest security and identity products.

In Short

• Lead UI/UX product design for multiple company products, focusing on complex security applications.
• Drive the full product design lifecycle, from research to wireframes, design, prototyping, and user testing.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to enhance product differentiation.

• 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS complex systems.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and meet deadlines.
• High level of written and spoken English.

• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level designers.
• Strategic design thinking & Figma mastery.
• A strong portfolio showcasing enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
