Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) - Remote

In Short

• Lead the design strategy to align with the product vision and business goals.
• Develop a comprehensive UX framework that ensures seamless and intuitive user interactions.
• Prototype the user interface, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and sales) to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Create design documentation, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy and prototyping skills.
• Experience in building and implementing design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including user research, personas, and usability testing.
• Ability to prototype designs and create interactive mockups.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Familiarity with healthcare software or patient acquisition platforms is a plus.
• English - Proficient / Professional.
• Spanish - Native.
