Overview

The UX team at Rightway creates user-friendly digital experiences that enhance patient care and their pharmacy needs for patients on a healthcare journey. We are a small, full-stack design and research shop supporting the entire company. As we grow, we're seeking a world-class Senior UX /UI Product Designer to craft seamless user experiences and beautiful and intuitive interfaces for our platforms.

In Short

• Lead End-to-End Product Design for consumer-facing and internal products.
• Conduct UX Research through interviews and usability testing.
• Design accessible and engaging user interfaces.
• Drive the development of design systems.
• Explore new design paradigms and tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate creative workshops and team alignment.
• Create guidelines for non-designers to maintain consistency.
• Leverage AI in design processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and innovation.
• Experience in owning and evolving design systems.
• Proficient in Figma and usability testing tools.
• Strong skills in user research methodologies.
• Excellent motion design and interaction skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and comfort in ambiguity.
