Overview

As Manager of the Social Experience team, you’ll lead a data-obsessed team that builds trust and meaningful relationships across social and review platforms, shaping the end-to-end member experience.

In Short

  • Lead and grow a team of Community Managers and Social Listening Analysts.
  • Influence Chime's Community Management strategy across platforms like Reddit and Discord.
  • Oversee Chime's social media response strategy and staffing processes.
  • Provide social listening reporting to support crisis alerts and regular updates.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, Comms, and Operations.
  • Drive adherence to metrics and key initiatives of the Social Experience team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Community Management, and/or Social Media Care.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like Sprout Social and Brandwatch.
  • Deep knowledge of various social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Understanding of online culture and community dynamics.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize feedback into actionable solutions.
  • Empathy for community experiences and outcomes.
