Overview

The Manager of the Trial Experience Team will lead and develop a team focused on enhancing customer engagement and success with the HighLevel platform, ensuring exceptional performance and a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams in SaaS.
• 3+ years in performance management and coaching.
• Strong technical aptitude with HighLevel software.
• Excellent collaboration and time-management skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems and social media management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
