Manager, Reporting - Remote

Overview

As manager of the Reporting team, within the Reporting and Data Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring our business partners have insightful, accurate, and intuitive reporting at their fingertips to inform business decisions. You are responsible for supporting a wide range of stakeholders both internal to OMX and across Chime. This role is responsible for a team that is expert in OMX data and asked to effectively bring that expertise to bear on complex and rapidly changing business demands. This position requires an understanding of how the business works, deep empathy with the problems business partners are trying to solve, our member experience, and creative problem solving when data is limited. It also requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure deadlines are met and alignment is maintained amongst shifting priorities.

In Short

• Own and maintain a centralized, single source of truth for business metrics and KPIs.
• Establish and uphold reporting and documentation hygiene.
• Take ownership of Looker dashboards and LookML development.
• Enhance the design and usability of data visualizations.
• Communicate outcomes and insights to various team members.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Data Engineering partners.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in the quantitative analytics field with 6+ years work experience or 8+ years equivalent experience.
• Able to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Looker and LookML.
• Strong organization & project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
