Manager, SEC Reporting - Remote

Overview

Flywire is seeking a Manager, SEC Reporting, to oversee and manage the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports ensuring compliance with all SEC rules and regulation and US GAAP accounting standards.

• Coordinate the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports.
• Review and analyze financial statements for compliance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with various departments for accurate reporting.

• Implement internal controls over financial reporting.

• Review existing accounting policies for compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in a public company environment preferred.
