Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Flywire, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Manage contract renewals and upsell new products.
  • Oversee project implementations ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Address and resolve customer escalations professionally.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to identify risks.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to client stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Report on client performance and service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in relationship or account management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong commercial drive and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven success in contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in higher education or fintech preferred.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~35%.
