Manager, SEC Reporting - Remote

Overview

Flywire is seeking a Manager, SEC Reporting, to oversee and manage the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports ensuring compliance with all SEC rules and regulation and US GAAP accounting standards.

In Short

• Coordinate the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Review and analyze financial statements for compliance with US GAAP.
• Collaborate with various teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Manage audit processes with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Research new SEC regulations and advise on their impact.
• Enhance reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead special projects related to SEC and financial reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Experience in a public company environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ActiveDisclosure, Netsuite, Floqast, Looker, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
