Overview

The Instructional Designer at UMass Global will assist in the development of engaging online courses and provide instructional design support to faculty, ensuring materials are ADA compliant and learner-centered.

Requirements

• Master's degree in instructional design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning.
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Brightspace).
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in instructional design theories and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with multimedia production and graphic design.
• Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning principles.
