Microsoft Technical Trainer - Remote

Overview

HyerTek is looking for Microsoft Trainers to support our growing demand for Microsoft training delivery across the United States. This is a 1099 contractor role, offering flexibility to collaborate while applying your expertise to lead 1–5-day training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailoring the Microsoft curriculum to meet the specific needs and skill levels of client organizations. You will deliver hands-on labs and practical exercises, guiding learners through the material to ensure they achieve mastery of key concepts.

• Must hold Microsoft Certified Trainer status.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years delivering professional training.

Requirements

• Must hold a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or other active certified level status.
• Current Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years delivering professional training, technical workshops, or adult education.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse learner groups.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% domestically.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
