Overview

The Technical Trainer at McKesson is responsible for delivering product-specific training to external customers, focusing on the implementation of McKesson Pharmacy System technologies. This role involves creating training materials, conducting classes, and providing onsite support during critical implementation phases.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in business, communications, education, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant training experience.
• Direct technical training experience of software products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with adult education techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel 75% to 100% of the time.
• Experience in pharmacy environments is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
