Technical Trainer - Remote

Overview

Genetec is currently seeking a Technical Trainer responsible for delivering training on all our Genetec products' portfolio which is constantly growing with cutting edge technologies.

In Short

• Deliver technical training to Genetec customers, resellers, distributors and internal staff
• Update existing training material to reflect changes in new product releases
• Create training presentations, manuals and course outlines
• Contribute to improved training documentation tools
• Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of the functions and features of Genetec’s products
• Travel 50% of the time, mostly in South Europe
• Prepare for future training sessions
• Improve course content
• Possess excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Work in a fast-paced, lively environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of delivering technical training, preferably software training
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
