Programmer / Technical Trainer - Remote

Overview

Venesco LLC is looking for several Programmers / Technical Trainers to support the Department of the Interior ITSS Program. This remote opportunity is for individuals with experience in development technologies using the .NET framework. Financial experience preferred.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain financial applications using C, .NET, VB.NET.
• Create system documentation and lead technical training.
• Support and resolve end user requests and issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops.
• Provide hands-on technical training on system functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security policies.
• Conduct live demonstrations and webinars.
• Work with Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer.
• Support up to 15% travel during the year.
• Public Trust Clearance eligibility required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in system development.
• Experience with .NET, C# required.
• Experience in developing and delivering training.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems and budgeting software.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Patch management and release management experience required.
• Familiarity with financial data structures and compliance requirements.
• Experience with government financial management systems preferred.
