Overview

HyerTek is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Director to lead and oversee project delivery across the company's full federal portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of client solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence across Microsoft-focused technical engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple federal projects.
• 5+ years delivering technology projects for federal government.
• Experience managing technical delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing presence with government stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate under ambiguity.
