Overview

As the Revenue Strategy Leader, you will lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability. You’ll analyze market trends, manage pricing and inventory, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

  • You will be the strategic leader of financial success, optimizing revenue through effective pricing and inventory management for a portfolio of 5-7 hotels.
  • Your daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and overseeing revenue generation.
  • You will report to the Corporate Director of Revenue Management.
  • A career as a Revenue Strategy Leader can lead to opportunities in various executive-level roles within the hospitality industry, such as vice president of revenue management, or other corporate-level positions.

Requirements

  • Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, relevant field of work, and/or combination of education and work-related experience, Required.
  • 5 - 8 Years of Multi-Hotel Revenue Management Experience, Required.
  • Marriott or Hilton Experience Required. Hyatt, IHG, and/or Independent, a Plus!
  • Experience working with Asset Manager & Ownership Groups.
