Overview

We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting within the staffing and recruitment industry.

In Short

  • Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies
  • Schedule 5–7 qualified appointments per week for the sales team
  • Manage all prospect interactions within HubSpot CRM
  • Execute email sequences and follow-up campaigns
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting platforms (e.g., Apollo) to identify new leads
  • Track outreach activity and maintain detailed CRM notes
  • Navigate conversations with gatekeepers and confidently handle objections
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and optimize outbound sales processes

Requirements

  • Proven staffing SDR or BDR experience
  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Ability to confidently navigate conversations with decision-makers
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
