Overview

Huntress seeks a Sales Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing team in the EMEA region, focusing on customer engagement and achieving sales objectives.

• Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives in EMEA.
• Translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
• Achieve new logo metrics and ARR growth.
• Own deal inspection using the MEDDPICC framework.
• Accurately forecast sales based on deal reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Engineering.
• Reinforce company culture and values.
• Travel for customer events and trade shows (20% of the time).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing sales teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong action bias and efficiency.
• Knowledge of IT resale partner space is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus.
