Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in providing technical customer support, managing urgent customer issues, and contributing to the development of troubleshooting techniques and processes.

  • Knowledge of Linux systems and command-line navigation.

  • Experience with ticket tracking systems.
