In Short

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hunter Account Executives.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and achieve team quota attainment of 100%+ consistently.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with team members.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team accountable.
  • Hire top hunter talent to fill team vacancies.
  • Execute regional sales strategy and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Promote top performers and develop future leaders.
  • Manage performance improvement plans when necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams.
  • 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement.
  • Experience managing 5-10 direct reports.
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills.
  • Expertise in prospecting methodologies and hunter sales motions.
  • Salesforce and sales analytics proficiency.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (advantageous).
