Senior Manager, Engineering - Full Stack Technical Tooling - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Manager on the Technical Tooling Team at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for supporting and owning the Process and Tooling Team within the Program Management organization, focusing on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the tooling suites used to support it.

• Lead the strategic planning of the Process and Tooling Team's roadmap.

• Support Jira global admin functions and build enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Programming/Scripting (Java, Groovy, React).
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Expert level experience with Atlassian tools administration.
• Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects effectively.
• Experience with Git and Jira Data Center.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
