Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers derive maximum value from the LogScale/Next-Gen SIEM product suite while fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Customer Success or Technical Account Management role.
  • 2+ years in SIEM and SOAR technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative attitude.
  • Commitment to customer success.
  • Bonus: 5+ years in SaaS organizations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, IT operations, Security, and Cloud.
  • Experience in software integration projects.
