In Short

  • Identify customers that may be at risk of churning within the Sr. Scaled segment
  • Engage with customers that may be at risk of churn
  • Resolve outstanding issues and save customers from churning
  • Receive and manage churn situations handed off by other CSMs
  • Manage assigned and self-generated Call To Action (CTAs)
  • Qualify Expansion Opportunities as they arise

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of customer success/retention experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Be a self-starter and exhibit a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An ability to calmly handle difficult situations and solve customer problems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
