Overview

As a Renewals Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will partner with Corporate Account Managers, Channel Partners, and Customers to retain and expand customer revenue, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to validate account data.
  • Research customer license purchase and renewal history.
  • Gather requirements for renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Build and deliver validated renewal quotes to customers.
  • Provide high-touch customer service and support.
  • Identify at-risk renewals and create action plans.
  • Consult customers for feedback on product enhancements.
  • Work with complex quoting scenarios and approvals.
  • Ensure alignment between entitlement and actual usage.
  • Help manage the SaaS subscription renewals process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, or Account Management.
  • Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Clari preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to change.
