Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Renewals Account Manager to join our MENA team and continue our success story within the region by helping us to grow and retain our existing clientbase.

In Short

  • Managing a high volume of accounts, ensuring a high rate of contract renewals.
  • Extending and upgrading current client contracts.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities within existing customer projects, client portfolios, or large client agreements.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Providing solutions to improve customer business needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnering closely with Multiple Client Services, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keeping clients informed of product innovations and updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.
  • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex renewal scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in providing customer service support.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
