We’re looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer, who will play a key role in ensuring our users, customers, and internal teams have clear, concise, and accessible documentation.

In Short

• Manage and maintain the Help Center.
• Write and edit technical documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience managing Help Centers and knowledge bases.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
