Overview

As a Renewals Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our SLED customers by managing the contract renewal cycle and collaborating with partners to drive growth in licenses and revenue.

In Short

  • Manage contract renewal cycle for SLED customers.
  • Provide quotes to channel partners and end customers.
  • Communicate value of CrowdStrike products.
  • Work with Account Manager for seamless customer experience.
  • Handle objections and negotiations effectively.
  • Meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • 2+ years experience in account management or consulting.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and team player.

Requirements

  • Track record in a quota carrying role.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and adjust priorities.
  • Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive spirit and desire to learn.
  • Experience in SaaS or security sales.
  • Prior customer success/service background.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Able to work US hours (6.30pm IST to 3.30am IST).
