• Analyze onboarding data and insights for process improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize systems and tools.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives for revenue growth.
• Create and track onboarding targets aligned with organizational goals.
• Troubleshoot issues with Customer Onboarding teams.
• Execute quality assurance testing as needed.
• Monitor onboarding procedures and report issues.
• Assist Onboarding Operations Manager with various functions.
• Build tools to help the onboarding team manage workloads efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business or sales operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain reliability and performance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Critical and logical thinking abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google, and Smartsheet.
• Self-starting attitude and desire for learning.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company.
