Overview

As a 401(k) Implementation Specialist at Human Interest, you will support the setup and launch of new clients' retirement plans, ensuring a smooth onboarding process while engaging with a diverse range of companies.

Requirements

  • Possess knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly in 401(k) plans.
  • 3+ years of customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry.
  • A “people person” who enjoys interacting with clients.
  • Energy and passion for onboarding numerous customers monthly.
  • Strong work ethic and proactive follow-up with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
