Overview

Brightwheel is seeking a highly motivated individual to support and train customers for the successful implementation of their platform at childcare centers, emphasizing strong communication and customer service skills.

In Short

  • Assist customers in opening new childcare centers and utilizing the brightwheel product.
  • Manage a portfolio of 150+ accounts to ensure successful adoption of brightwheel.
  • Prioritize accounts for timely support in opening childcare centers.
  • Overcome customer objections and build confidence in brightwheel's value.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges for customers.
  • Serve as the expert on brightwheel’s technology platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams for a smooth customer experience.
  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve technical or usage issues.
  • Promote the software's value to gain customer trust.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree, or comparable experience.
  • Experience in onboarding new customers is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume funnel and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and patience in customer interactions.
  • Comfort with remote work and communication tools.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools preferred.
