Overview

As a Lead Contract Manager on the Strategic Accounts team, you’ll own complex renewals and commercial outcomes for HubSpot’s highest-paying and Lighthouse customers.

In Short

  • Own and lead complex renewal and contract negotiations for strategic and upmarket customers.
  • Partner with Strategic Account customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Legal.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and lead pipeline reviews.
  • Deliver best-in-class service to enterprise customers.
  • Mentor and support other Contract Managers.
  • Contribute to process improvements and playbooks.
  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or SaaS commercial roles.
  • Experience managing complex contracts with Legal teams.
  • Proven success with large, enterprise organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience owning forecasts and renewal pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
