  • Own the relationship with key accounts.
  • Ensure renegotiation of contracts at point of renewal.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Day-to-day account management.
  • Qualification of new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • High-level product demonstrations.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Engagement CDP solutions and services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota carrying experience in online media, selling software or SaaS.
  • Good knowledge of online marketing/internet marketing.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Able to negotiate and close deals at C-level.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record in account retention and upsell roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for selling.
  • English and German language skills.
