• Lead the design, development, and scaling of HubSpot's finance-critical systems.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering leadership within a software development environment.
• Deep domain expertise in FinTech, billing systems, payments, or financial platform engineering.
• Experience with complex recurring revenue models and usage-based billing.
• Proven ability to design, build, and operate finance-critical systems at scale.
• Experience working with ERP systems and other financial platforms.
• Strong architectural skills and ability to lead technical strategy.
