Overview

The Technical Sales Manager will provide technical consulting and pre-sales support for messaging, voice, video, and collaboration solutions, focusing on enterprise clients in the DACH region.

In Short

  • Remote position preferred in Bavaria/Southern Germany.
  • Technical consulting and pre-sales support for communication solutions.
  • Main contact for key accounts and new customers in the enterprise sector.
  • Conduct demos, POCs, workshops, and customer training.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and strategic partners.
  • Support in tenders and proposal processes.
  • Communicate product benefits to CxOs and technicians.
  • Assist marketing with competitive analysis and case studies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution engineering.
  • Knowledge in CPaaS, UCaaS, messaging, secure SaaS, or telecommunications.
  • Strong communication skills from tech-level to CxO.
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel (DACH, occasionally Europe).
