Overview

The Technical Sales Manager will drive the growth of the Enterprise Messaging SaaS platform directly and indirectly through partners, ensuring compliance and security in business communications.

In Short

  • Drive growth of Enterprise Messaging SaaS platform.
  • Provide technical sales support for European clients.
  • Manage existing large clients both technically and commercially.
  • Support new client implementations for complex projects.
  • Develop technical solutions in collaboration with sales.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Communicate product values to CxOs and technicians.
  • Collaborate with product management on customer requirements.
  • Support marketing with competitive analysis and demos.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (PreSales, TAM, CSM, TSM).
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and once a year to HQ in Chicago.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team player who enjoys working in small teams.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
