Sr. Program Manager, Safety & In Ride Experience - Remote

In Short

• Oversee program management for key initiatives focused on improving the in ride experience for all user segments.
• Develop a deep understanding of internal and external user needs.
• Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and identify high-priority business challenges.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to monitor performance.
• Work closely with necessary stakeholders to enable teams to deliver solutions.
• Design and launch user-centric features with Product teams.
• Implement and refine program management frameworks and processes.
• Track key program health and performance metrics.
• Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and drive effective resolutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cross-functional program management experience.
• Ability to drive alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with Product & Engineering teams.
• Experience with data analytics teams to measure ride safety and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Tableau and other BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Background in marketplace operations, mobility, or logistics.
